Hair

​

1. Please ensure your hair is washed and blow-dried before your hair appointment so that you get the greatest quality treatment and value for your money.

 

2. A non-refundable deposit of £10 will be required to secure your slot for your preferred appointment date.

 

3. You may email us an inspiration photo for reference during your appointment.

4 . A maximum of 10 minutes lateness will be allowed for each appointment.

 

5. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged at an extra cost of £10 for every 5 minutes after that.

 

5. Lateness up to 30 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled or you may reschedule later with no extra cost.

6. Ensure to inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you would be cancelling or if you would not be able to make it to your appointment location on time.

 

7. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be billed an extra cost of £20.

Nails

​

1. Come with fresh and clean nails.

​

2. Non-refundable £10 deposit.

​

3. For inspiration sets, please email us a photo of the set you like.

​

4. After a 10-minute grace period, you will be billed £5 per 10 minutes.

​

5. Any complaints within the first week of your nail appointment will be fixed at no cost to you.
